Who can represent the applicant in the immigration process?

Your interests may be represented by paid immigration professionals. The specialists who are allowed, according to the current law, to accept payment for immigration services include only Immigration Consultants - members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and Canadian lawyers - members of the Bar Association.
